Editorial Policy

How Creator Edit Lab selects topics, uses sources, distinguishes evidence and handles commercial relationships.

Our editorial aim is to help readers make a concrete editing decision or solve a specific workflow problem. A page should answer its main question early, show a useful example and make the limits of its advice visible.

Topic selection and evidence

We group equivalent search intentions into one useful guide. Primary documentation supports software behavior and format specifications. Mathematical examples are labeled as examples. Inferences about which workflow may suit a reader are expressed as decisions or hypotheses, not measured performance claims.

AI assistance and review

AI tools can help draft, structure and implement material. Their output is not treated as a source. Software-specific claims need supporting documentation, and formulas need explicit units and reference checks. The initial library uses documentary comparisons; it does not claim that an editorial staff physically tested the products.

Updates and corrections

Articles show a last-updated date. That date does not guarantee that every later software release has been rechecked. A changed menu, platform requirement or compatibility limit can make a procedure outdated. Send the page URL and the relevant version through Contact; our corrections policy explains how changes are handled.

Commercial independence

The launch site has no active advertising or affiliate links. If those are added, paid placements and commission-bearing links must be disclosed. Commercial relationships must not determine a technical conclusion or replace the stated evidence.
